Shaye Lastra has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® since 2005. She is a proven producer in Hudson County’s residential market, trading more than 40 homes per year. Shaye provides each client with a personally customized plan to find their perfect home. Since she started in sales, Shaye has continued to improve her customer service skillset, market knowledge, and overall transaction success. Shaye previously worked on Wall Street, assisting and running operations for an institutional sales trader. She also ran a nationwide auction company as director of operations. Anthony Curty serves Hudson County and is an expert in all aspects of development and sell-through, from leasing up to collaborating with professionals from a variety of professional disciplines. He has extensive and fruitful experience working with owners, developers, marketing firms, interior designers, and consumers. With over 15 years of experience, Anthony has been professionally involved with all aspects of real estate.

Starting his career mostly working with buyers and sellers of single-family homes and condos, Anthony has progressed to specializing in new construction community lease-up. To date, Anthony has personally overseen 28 new construction lease-ups and still represents each owner even after lease-up is complete, presently managing over 2,000 units. His skills and past experiences allow for an in-depth review of architectural designs, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), amenities, and community design. Anthony’s knowledge allows him to advise a developer not only on the features needed to remain competitive for years to come but also on best practices that will ensure the highest price per square foot, resident retention, and ultimately the greatest ROI. A Bergen County resident, Mayra is a working mother who has proudly raised six children and owns a menagerie of pets. She completed professional training in accounting and photography and has held previous positions in sales management and manufacturing.
