Professional Profile

With 15 years of experience, Anthony has been professionally involved with all aspects of real estate. Starting his career as mostly working with buyers and sellers of single-family homes and condos, Anthony has progressed to specializing in new construction community lease-up. To date, Anthony has personally overseen 28 new construction lease up's and still represents each owner even after lease-up is complete, presently managing over 2000 units. His skills and past experiences allow for an in-depth review of architectural designs, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), amenity and community design. Anthony's knowledge will allow him to advise a developer not only on the features needed to remain competitive for years to come, but also best practices that will ensure the highest price per square foot, resident retention and ultimately the greatest ROI.
